• Tagged as CS/BS within 30 days from RS Date (not later than September 24, 2021)

Entitlement of Seller

• Applicable to all accredited sellers
• No pending ethics case
• Active at the time of promo release
• Bulk accounts (2 or more units) under the same buyer's name, with the same reservation date:
• Shall be treated as one (1) account for the purpose of determining the achievement of required minimum units
• Total bulk sales (values) will be counted as part of the total sales production
• RAP must be complied on or before October 29 2021
• Cancelled accounts are excluded with total sales performance

Promo Mechanics:

• Seller must achieve the minimum required number of converted sales within the promo duration
• For the purpose of determining the achievement of required minimum units, 2 parking units are equivalent to 1 residential unit
• Based on Net selling price( Net of VAT and discounts)
• Values are cumulative
• Parking units are included (values)
• Incentive and gift item shall be based on the total sales production at the end of the promo duration as reflected in the table
• Cash incentive is subject to applicable tax
• Release of cash incentive in Q4
• Items may be subject to change based on availability
• Redemption of items shall be through Avail.at platform
• Qualified sellers will be notified by the Incentive Team
• Seller must register to Avail.at website (https://avidahomepossible.avail.at/ ) to redeem the promo item
• Seller to register and nominate his/her official email address
